I love trying jams with unique ingredients! This jam is made with a fruit called an aprium, which is a cross between an apricot and a plum. The flavor of this jam has been described as a "peachy strawberry" by many, none of whom were disappointed, as it was a longtime favorite and one of my original jams for Solace Farm.
